If you add an event, chose from "participants" if the event is:
- Public -> participant = Public Access
- Internal agenda -> participant = Constant Intern
Color coding:
- Pink -> Constant internal agenda
- Red -> public Constant event
- Green -> your own events
- Gray -> other Constant members' events
